There is a noise coming from my freezers

It isn't uncommon for there to be a noise coming from your freezers, this is more likely to happen when the appliance is new.

A loud crackling sound from inside your freezers can normally be down to the build up of frost in your internal components.

Below are some causes for noise:

• The compressor / pump motor - This is normal

• The pipe is vibrating against a wall - Please check the positioning of the pipe

• There is circulation of gas around the pipes - This is normal

• Cracking sound - air movement - This is normal

I want to stack my fridge and freezer on top of each other, is this possible?

We do not recommend the stacking of cooling appliances on top of each other. As they are not built to be suitable for this purpose.

If you would like to stack appliances, you would need to purchase a product that is built and designed to save space, such as fridge freezer.

How can I reverse the doors on my freezers?

If you would like to reverse the doors on your freezers, then the instructions to do so including diagrams are in the user manual that came with your appliance. I have an amber light appearing on my freezers, what is it for?

If there is an amber light flashing on the front of your appliance, it could indicate that the fast freeze button / switch has been selected.

If this was not meant to be selected, please press the button again or reverse the position of the switch to ensure that the appliance is back to its normal operatimg mode.

E3 — Defrost sensor fault

Issue: The compartment temperature in my fridge is incorrect.
